Shipping Info

 NoLi Pods N' Stuff LLC provides a live arrival guarantee on all shipments if the following conditions have been met.

1) Order is shipped and held at your local UPS or FedEx hub via overnight or next day shipping. 

2) The package is opened and checked within 4 hours of arrival and any deaths are reported immediately along with time stamped pictures. Replacements for loss under LAG do NOT include the shipping costs and that is to be paid by the buyer  

2 day shipping LAG covers 1/2 of the DOA and the re-shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer. That shipping option is at the buyers discretion and not recommended.

NoLi Pods N' Stuff will not be responsible for any deaths as a result of carrier delays caused by holidays/weather or incorrect shipping addresses.

 Pickup and delivery available within 50 miles of Wayne, NJ.

 Shipping is performed on Mondays and Tuesdays when the temperature is between 40° and 80°F in both the shipping zip code as well as the destination zip code. Heating and cooling packs are provided when temperatures dictate need.

 I DO NOT ship to Florida, Hawaii or Alaska and I do have my PPQ-526 permits to legally ship to every other state.

😊 Isopods are considered pests by the USDA and it's imperative that proper procedures are followed when disposing of them. Releasing them into the wild is strictly prohibited as they can negatively affect the ecosystem and outcompete local species. Ethical disposal of ALL isopods and substrate would include: 1) selling or giving them away on sites such as Ebay or Morph Market. Keep in mind that shipping them across state lines would require PPQ-526 permits from the USDA. 2) Sell them or give them to a local pet store. 3) Put the isopods and substrate into bags and place them in the freezer for 72 hours before throwing them away in your garbage.
